1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the e222 platform and all its users ("members" or "you"). The following matters are part of this agreement:

• Use of all sections and services of the e222 website.
• Opening an account, making deposits, withdrawals, and claiming bonuses.
• Playing games, betting, and any financial transactions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address, they will be closed and the relevant balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is entirely your responsibility to keep all information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, date of birth — accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

e222 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit and will only be sent to an account registered in the name of the registered member.

3.3 Transaction Verification

For security purposes, e222 reserves the right to hold any transaction or request additional verification. If a transaction appears suspicious or unusual activity is detected on an account, funds may remain frozen until the investigation is complete.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in total bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only valid within a specified time period — the deadline is noted in the bonus inbox.
• Each member may claim a bonus from each promotion only once.
• e222 may change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 VIP Program

The e222 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Systematically attempting to withdraw bonuses without meeting the bonus terms.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or harmful behaviour on the platform.
• Playing or betting via automated bots or scripts.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 e222's Right to Take Action

e222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without giving reasons. Action will be taken promptly in particular when a breach of these Terms is detected.

7.2 Member Request to Close Account

If you wish to close your account yourself, email [email protected] or contact us via 24/7 live chat. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before closure.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

e222 gives the highest priority to the security of your personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your financial and personal data secure. If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective.
